Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

If you use Purchase Orders, use the Payment Option Invoice with Order, we will email an Invoice, and respond
with a Purchase Order via email or fax 352-503-3400


When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Most Products are shipped the same day. Some products are shipped direct from manufacturer. All products are shipped brand new , and insured. If you recieve damaged merchandise, you must notify the shipping agent as soon as posible (UPS, FEDEX), or do not accept shipment. Please notify us as well so we can get the process started and get a replacement product to you as soon as possible.

We will not accept damaged or used goods, or accept a package that has not been pre-approved by our staff. A RESTOCKING FEE OF 25% MAY BE CHARGED ON RETURNS, SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, SHIPMENTS RETURNED OR REFUSED INCUR SHIPPING CHARGES. If received by free shipping, the actual shipping charges incurred when shipping the items will be deducted from your refund. The same goes for flat rate shipping orders.

Free Shipping only applies to the lower 48 states, and can be denied on a order by order basis.

"Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each
shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of
goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the
requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS's e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible
shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped
via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable
duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for
commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You
have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the
need for payment on delivery
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3-7 business days . International orders are generally received in under 15 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in state orders. Our business is operated from Wisconsin and California All other orders are tax free, Please make sure to click the exempt box to reduce tax to zero and provide your tax exempt certificate.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

INTERNATIONAL E-Z UP®, INC. manufacturer of the E-Z UP® Instant Shelter® warrants to the original retail purchaser who provides a dated sales receipt-each part of the E-Z UP® Instant Shelter® to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of TWO or FIVE years (depending on the model) after the date of original purchase. This warranty applies only for normal and expected uses, as determined by the manufacturer. INTERNATIONAL E-Z UP®, INC.'s obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement (at its option) of the product or its parts, after its own review and examination. RETURN ADVISORY -- Before returning any part or product to INTERNATIONAL E-Z UP®, INC. or its designated representative, please contact us to obtain specific return shipping instructions. All shipping costs must be prepaid, and INTERNATIONAL E-Z UP®, INC. is not responsible for products damaged in transit. CONDITIONS -- This warranty shall be void as to any product which has been altered or modified in any manner. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by wind, rain, or other forces of nature, nor to accidental or deliberated damage of the product, nor to use of the product that does not conform with the product instructions. This express warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

Returns Policy All products are shipped in new condition unless otherwise indicted.
All are shipped, insured for value. All returns must be pre approved by us.
Please call with your order number. All items returned must be in same condition as recieved, with all packing materials intact. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ORDERS OVER 30 DAYS OLD

Canceled & Returned Orders:
We understand sometimes things change and you no longer need what you ordered. However, unfortunately, payment processors have recently instituted a policy where we no longer get our payment processing fees back as a result of a canceled or returned order. Due to this change, we will not be allowed to return 2.9% of your order total.
